I’d like to introduce my company. My name is Chuck Mercer, and my father started by selling and servicing time clocks and adding machines in 1950. The industry has evolved tremendously since then, and so have we. We still sell and service many time clocks, cash registers, and business machines. We also sell and support computer information systems such as badge or biometric time clock systems, and restaurant or retail point of sale systems. We only sell the finest quality commercial grade equipment and software. We service many brands of office and business equipment including Amano, Cincinnati, Rapidprint, Lathem, Acroprint, Simplex, Paymaster, IBM, Nakajima, Swintec, Sharp, Monroe, BMC, Olympia, Burroughs, F&E Hedman, Samsung, Casio, CRS, TOWA, JCM Gold, and more.

Locally owned and operated, Mercer Sales and Service is based in Chinchilla PA, just outside Scranton. We offer onsite demos and installation for local customers, so you don’t have to leave your business. For our internet customers, we offer prompt shipping. Don’t get stuck calling some large corporations’ call center after the sale hoping to get someone who can help you. Our factory trained personnel are available to answer your questions directly. For local customers: When you need onsite service, we can usually be to your business location the same or next business day.
