To set the time:

1. Unlock Clock and Lift Cover.
2. Turn Dial so CLOCK YR/MO/DT HW/MN STOP appears
3. Press the button under HW/MN, and use the + and - key to adjust the time.
4. Change the hour if necessary using the + and - keys, press E
5. Change the minutes if necessary using the + and - keys, press E
6. Press the E key to save.

To set the date:
